How we can help
Monthly bookkeeping
We organize and categorize transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and prepare financial reports. Your bookkeeper will help you understand your reports and answer questions about your books.
Payroll
We can also help with payroll. We'll explain the services and pricing for your business.
Bookkeeping cleanup
Behind by months or years? Or maybe your QuickBooks reports don't look right. We can help you figure out what needs attention and talk through the work involved.
Tax preparation
We prepare business and personal tax returns. Tax preparation is quoted separately.

We'll explain what's included in your bookkeeping plan. Payroll, tax preparation, accounts payable, invoicing and accounts receivable aren't automatically included in the monthly starting price.
Bookkeeping and tax preparation work better together
We also prepare tax returns, so we keep tax preparation in mind as we work on your books throughout the year. That means your bookkeeping isn't being handled in isolation from the tax work it ultimately supports.
You can use us for bookkeeping, tax preparation or both. Tax preparation is separately priced.

Bookkeeping and tax experience you can count on
Everyone on our bookkeeping team is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. SnapBooks also has IRS Enrolled Agent expertise and is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) and the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB).

Monthly bookkeeping starts at $150/month
We'll learn about your accounts, transaction volume and the help you need, then recommend a plan and explain the pricing.
Hourly bookkeeping from $38/hour
An hourly option is also available. We'll discuss the appropriate arrangement for the work you need.
Cleanup and additional services
Cleanup projects are quoted separately. Payroll, tax preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other added services depend on your agreed scope and aren't automatically included in the monthly starting price.
