Monthly bookkeeping starts at $150/month. We’ll learn about your business and explain the services and pricing for the help you need.
A real person who knows you and your business
You should know who’s handling your books and feel comfortable reaching out. Your bookkeeper will get to know how your business works, answer your questions and help make sense of your financial reports.
We’ll organize your transactions, reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, and prepare reports you can understand. When something needs attention, we’ll take ownership of working through it, follow up on what’s needed and keep you informed.
You’ll have someone to turn to throughout the year, not just a report in your inbox.
Bookkeeping with tax preparation in mind
We also prepare tax returns, so we keep tax preparation in mind as we work on your books throughout the year. That means your bookkeeping isn’t being handled in isolation from the tax work it ultimately supports.
If you’d like us to handle both, we’d love to help. We’ll talk through what your business needs and explain the pricing. Tax preparation isn’t included in the $150/month bookkeeping starting price.
Monthly bookkeeping that fits your business
We’ll learn about your accounts, the amount of bookkeeping work involved and the support you need. Then we’ll recommend a monthly plan and give you a quote that explains what’s included.
Need cleanup, help with bills or customer invoices, payroll or tax preparation too? Let’s talk. These services aren’t all included in the starting price. Your quote will reflect the services and workload involved.

For self-employed individuals and very small businesses with simpler needs, quarterly bookkeeping is also available at $250/quarter. We’ll recommend monthly or quarterly support after learning about your business.

Do I need to meet your team in person?
Our bookkeeping and tax work is performed virtually, so you don’t need to meet us in person. In-person document exchanges can be arranged when needed.
Is tax preparation included in my bookkeeping plan?
Tax preparation isn’t included in the bookkeeping starting price. If you’d like us to prepare your returns too, let us know. We’ll explain the services and pricing for your business.
